7 years ago today (3-10-2014) I started school to earn my Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Nutritional Consultant diplomas. I can’t believe it’s been so long!

I have studied so much about food and nutrition since this day in 2014. I have changed focus over the years from general women’s health, women and children then perimenopause. All of it has always focused on getting people to eat more plant foods, no matter what they choose as a high quality protein source, plants are so beneficial. I have also always focused on holistic living and self care too. Makes perfect sense now to be teaching people how to grow their own plant food and cook it from scratch. I still offer 1:1 nutrition consultations, though I do not advertise them, word of mouth has been great for this. I am setting more focus on the growing and cooking side, with all cooking classes focusing on the culinary nutrition aspects of food.

I am grateful for everything I know about holistic, functional, and culinary nutrition, plant-based cooking, raw foods, growing food, herbs and
food/plants as medicine. This journey has been amazing and life changing.🙏🏼
