Based on my last post on Instagram  where I asked what do you need from me right now and pretty much everyone wants to know what to grow in the garden for a quick harvest. 

This is a quick list I put together. If you want to add anything, please do!

The fastest thing you can grow inside is micro greens. Kale, lettuces, beets, etc can all be grown as micro greens. Pea shoots also fall into this category. You don’t need anything fancy to start, just a food safe container, your soil mix and the seeds. This is perfect for right now if you have seeds because of the blizzard conditions we currently have in Colorado. 

Spinach

Lettuces

Baby Carrots 

Radishes 

Arugula

Kale

Beet greens

Green Onions

Turnips

All of these are pretty quick to harvest for this season.
