I mentioned yesterday that I was doing some soul searching. It was a rough day for sure. Last night I completely threw myself into my yoga practice. I knew I really needed to fully show up on my mat and then completely let go. It was wonderful, relaxing and soothing. Just what I needed. I still don’t have an answer to my issue, but I am grounded and more calm.
I love my yoga practice, I love my Reiki practice. They go together so well. I‘ll talk more about Reiki in another post. Today is day 934 of daily yoga. It went from something I thought I didn’t like or need to becoming something where I can’t imagine not getting on my mat daily.
