There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to perimenopause. There is no magic one size fits all diet, supplement, lifestyle practice, age, etc. It is completely unique to you, your body, age, lifestyle, etc. Each of us will have a different journey, experiencing different signs and symptoms of peri along the way to menopause and after. Even if you don’t think you are in perimenopause, if you are 39-50ish, chances are you are.
