When it comes to perimenopause it’s best to set the stage to thrive before you enter this natural life phase or just as it’s starting. You may not think it matters much, but how you prepare your body, mind and spirit for it, the more likely the transition to menopause will be easier. Trust me, the sooner the better!
There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to perimenopause. There is no magic one size fits all diet, supplement, lifestyle practice, age, etc. It is completely unique to you, your body, age, lifestyle, etc. Each of us will have a different journey, experiencing different signs and symptoms of peri along the way to menopause and after. It’s helpful to work with someone who knows about all the different ways it can effect you based on your symptoms. There is a lot you can do to thrive during perimenopause. Even if you don’t think you are in perimenopause, if you are 39-50ish, chances are you are.
