Today is my 43rd birthday! I have 3 teenage boys, one in middle school, one in high school, and one in college. I don’t know where the time has gone, but it has flown by. I chose today as the day I announce my relaunch of my business and website because I feel like with this new year starting I am just beginning. My early 40’s have brought about so much change as I entered perimenopause. Trying to educate my self as much as possible on the topic I realized that this is the area I want to specialize in. So today I reveal my new website and path going forward focusing on helping support midlife moms through perimenopause utilizing nutrition and holistic living.
